Sparking "orange wine", 15 days maceration, ri-fermented in the bottle, without added sulfites, 11%.
Bottle tasted in January 2015.
Sorry, this Prosecco is too an usual for me, and I didn't like it at all.
The color is orange peach, and cloudy because the wine is not filtered and the yeast are still in the bottle.
Not much aromas in the mouth, nor structure, too thick. Reminded me of beer.....
