Great #Barbera for the price. Like the fact this #wine has maintained the red hues and overall balance. Smooth with some tannin. Red rose aroma, potpourri, wet stem. Opened 2/15/17

Grabbed on a Friday night for pizza and that is probably the best use case. Persistent, acidic balance of red and black fruit, light-medium bodied, a bit of vegetal bite. Good

Previously rated 2016 as 8.9 and another fine example of the Barbera wines…2018 vintage doubles down with depth of color, dark berry flavor, medium-full bodied, perfect balance and tannins, acidity to match… and as the 2016 - exceptional value. No, don’t own their stock but this is about 3rd of 4th time rated.

Nice acidity and medium body. Beuatiful nose of cherry, dark plum and hints of cedar. Ideal for all kinds of Italian foods. Not to be stored for a long time. Drink fresh.

Nice. 2016. Balanced and flavorful. Previously rated about the same. As with the Ruvei, another of the better Piedmont Barberas yet still affordable: medium bodied, rich color, light nose, gentle palate, smooth...balanced, dry but not too dry - enough fruit, enough tannins make this a great, pleasing wine for the not-tannic crowd and light-fruit crowd too. Buy again, decent value.
