It is said that there is no bad nebbiolo in the world. Be it or not, this one is excellent! On the nose, it's fruity dance of joy, on tongue some moderate acidity and veeeery high tannins that boldly sqeeze your mouth. Medium long aftertaste, some pleasantly bitter notes. Very interesting wine!

Once the tannins let go of your tongue, this light and fruity wine delights. Versatile, we've had it with tomato based pasta dishes, steak and peppercorn sauce and cured meets and gouda cheese. Each time, the wine was a joy to drink and was probably best with the pasta. Nice on its own too, as it's light a feather.

Ele começou bem agressivo, mas combinou muito bem com spaghetti ao funghi e uma carne alta. Bem complexo, alcoólico e tempo de barril bem claro. Excelente!
