Custoza White Blend

I tried this next to a 100% garganega and prefer the single varietal

Very cool kitchen sink blend, even a bit of Cortese and Manzoni finding their way into this blend. Unique moraine soils.

Caught entirely off-guard by this unassuming looking bottle of white. Utterly delish, aromatic, fresh but still palate-caressing. Delightfully sippable on its own but a nice accompaniment to moderately flakey to meaty fish (save tuna).

Very nice pair with our second course of ravioli with spinach, fontina cheese, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, nutmeg sauce and lemony brown butter drizzle. Hedy's food so delicious! @PlateandBottleDinners
