I loved this interesting Cab. Not typically CA. Aging very well. Just the necessary tannin, no more. Just enough fruit, no more. Reminded me of the wine equivalent of Swedish design.

Still an outstanding California Cab. Fruit-forward, medium-mild tannins (but still holds up to a juicy steak).

Baking spices, savory herbs, blueberries, plum, lavender... A velvety finish. Enjoyed over conversations at Le Bernardin between courses.
