Like this; open initial opening it drew comparisons with Chianti for sure. Damp leather, walnuts, dark cherry, liquorice and cedar.

Get through the lashings of oak and this is cracking Sang. A long life ahead of it but needs air now. Deep, concentrated fruit. Good structure.

Found it to be a little musty. Hessian aromas were a little overpowering for my liking. Some dried cherry and leather notes too for sure

5 year old Sang hanging around nicely, still got that structure. Mix of bright red currants through to cooked fruits and with dried florals, mint and spice. Acid still hanging in there adding to a lengthy finish. Would not leave this much longer however
