Estate Grown McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon

Ripe but not jammy, full bodied, beautiful ropey tannin, great fruit. Haven't had many Mclaren vale cab sav and this nails it.

Nice tannins and beautiful dark color. A little too much fruit.

Wee bit young, drank a little early.. the nose shows a littls more than just the blackberries and blackcurrants, some tobacco, espresso and oak. Fairly grippy but enough acid for sure to lay her down a while
