Not the best example I’ve ever had but nice none the less. Definitely don’t drink it too cold as it really mutes all the nice creaminess and other delicate flavors. I got the lemon oil that others spoke of, it kind of takes over a bit, nice wine. Cheers

Well made. But super austere. Day 2 was better but I think it needs a few years.
