Pale yellow, hay colored. Moderately carbonated. Lightly floral in nose. Gewurtztraminer and pinot Gris varietal comes across well in mouth, lightly fizzy, gently tart. Perfect summer drink. Lovely pairing with dill, mustard and green pea spetzles topped with gruyere.
