A little young but great fruit and black pepper on this Cali Syrah.

This is getting much better with air. Savory.

Xmas Eve dinner with a bit of Syrah.

Restrained and elegant. Could pass as a Northern Rhone.

Lotsa grip, tons of dark fruit. Also smoked meat, crushed gravel. Young!

Good balance and a lot of dark fruit. Ready to go now, but should drink well for for 3-5 more years.

Served with: beef with roasted asparagus, fingerling potato and bone marrow
