Copain
"Tous Ensemble" Anderson Valley Chardonnay
Bright yellow colour. Fresh mineral nose, flowery with rather understated fruit (yellow plums, green apple) and a touch of fresh mint leaves. Subtle touch of used oak. Fresh fruit, vibrant acidity and minerality, not unlike a good Chablis Premier Cru (from a ripe year). Good length. Good value. 2013 vintage. 13,1 % abv. 25 euro ( about 28 $).
