Light body, soft fruit. Bright fresh n lively. Touch of fine spice on long finish

Boozy, some of the fruit has died off and so the wine is now imbalanced

I'm not sure if I agree with the negativity of some of the other reviews, but I agree it's at a slightly awkward phase. Whether it will get better remains to be seen. I think the fruit has been slightly overmatched by the acid at his point, but the secondary characteristics haven't dominated enough for me. I like what is in the bottle, but I wish it had a stronger fruit component. It still is elegant and composed, with nice dried roses and sour cherries in the nose, red fruit in the mouth and a medium+ finish. Bitter tannins on the back end.

A bit of an old man at this point. The fruit has faded away and it has a dry herbs, dry earth, charred wood quality to it. It's enjoyable and pleasant, elegant but the charm is gone.

More dead than alive and very sour, sadly.
