Terra Luna Lambrusco dell' Emilia

A fun cheap sparkler that's good as aperitivo, but generally lacking in flavor, depth, and aromatics. For the money it's a good value, but do that expect a thought provoking experience. Crushed rocks, fresh cut roses, wild raspberries.

Musty, swampy nose. Taste is way different. Acidic, light raspberry. Overall lacking in depth.

Lemon layer cake, sans sugar, lying down flat, layers of dry lemon layer cake. Like.

Not my favorite Lambrusco. Fruit forward, kind of like drinking Welch's Sparkling.

Yum. And refreshing. Served cold
