Pronounced ruby color with legs. Aromas of cherry pie, vanilla, rhubarb, sage, and blackberry jam. Med + body, med tannins. The palate echoes the nose, with additional ripe flavors of warm mincemeat pie with fresh vanilla ice cream. A fine example of Amador Zin!

Great Zin from Amador county! Open it a few hours before you drink it. High % of alcohol. Should pair pretty well with red meat such as venison.
