Charmat Method Brut California White Blend

I posted one of these last year but with a nice champagne. When I saw the feature on the Aperol spritz it made me want to post again! It goes well with beautiful Florida weather and ribs on the grill!

New Years 2024 paired with a small bottle of this Champagne! An excellent choice.

Not great and not a good imitation, this is not champagne and it is not brut. An example of the dedain for appellations from other countries.

Pretty bad on its own but makes well for a mimosa it’s below average at best but I’ll give it above a 8 considering value and mimosa quality

Bright and sparkly, this has slightly fruity apricot but more nutty and yeast flavors.
