2012 Contini Cannanou. The label is in honor of the Sa Sariglia Carnivale in Oristano. A very solid Grenache. Inky and balanced, yet with a similar vinous note that I've found in many of the Sardinian reds.

This was a fine Cannonau. Easy and a little fruity; not much spice or mouth feel, but a good drink.
