Laid it out to raisin which gets the sweet flavors, but then fermented to dry. You're left with the sweetness of a dessert wine but no actual sugar. Pineapple upside down cake. Caramel. Butterscotch. And all spice. Almost a caramel flan sugary smell to the nose.

Not the wine that was described but a super fun anyway. Some skin contact here but the tannin doesn't show. Delicious. BTG @ Pausa SM.
