Second take in a short while. Still an easy going Chilean cabernet with quince and cassis on the nose, along with meaty notes and some pencil lead too. The palate is well made, shows a good acid drive and some lovely fruit. There is matter, there is a tiny sweet note too, tannins that carress and a moderately mong fruity finish with a grain. That's good for the pricetag.

Again I smell quince on the nose along with more usual markers like black currant, menthol, a bit of bacon fat and smoke notes. The palate is very well balanced, yet I would have loved a tiny bit more of acid drive. There is a lovely black currant note through and through, a silky mouthfeel that turns into a grainy one in mid palate, a subtle drying effect comes along too, before a rather short, fruity finish. It's very well made, it's not complex, it's fully enjoyable as it is. For about 10 EUR in Poland, it's rather good.

🇨🇱 A Cabernet Sauvignon 🍇 from Chile. Full body, very smooth to the palate, taste of plum and blackberry with a smoky finish resulting from aging in oak barrels. Pleasant wine🍷that should be paired with a thick grilled beef steak 🥩 14.5% ABV
