Cono Sur
Bicicleta Cabernet Sauvignon
🇨🇱 Not bad at all for an everyday wine. Full body Cabernet Sauvignon, mildly dry with a fruity edge. Underrated deal.

Medium-bodied with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with plums, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, oak, vanilla, licorice, earth, bell pepper, asparagus, dark chocolate and black pepper.
Short finish with fine grained tannins and peppercorn.
A Nice Chilean Cabernet. Simple and balanced with a lot of green notes, but interesting. Paired it hard cheeses and fresh strawberries.
Needs an hour to open up.

This is a very young, Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile. Opened it yesterday, and figured I should not even have a glass until today.
Color is a light ruby red with a pinkish rim.
Somewhat Subdued on the nose, with blackberries, cherries, strawberries, sage and metals.
Light to medium bodied with decent legs. Feels metallic on the palate with strawberries and cherries.
Dry, medium finish with tart cherries and light black pepper.
Nice everyday wine, simply needs a couple of years of cellaring to become refined and balanced.
