Sori Bricco Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Well rounded. Dark plums and cherries. Subtle spices. Hints of bacon.

Didn’t think I’d like a Cab from Diamond Mountain but this one is quite different. Really smooth and balanced as opposed to tannic and dark as I had been under the impression of. Dark cherries, plums and black currants with herbal hints of spices and wet earth. Color of deep purple and rich structure but so well rounded on the palate.
