Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Wow, what a wine! I'm not sure I could recommend a $30 wine more than this one right now. Dark fruit, currant. Mocha and baking spices. This seriously tastes like a $60+ wine. Find one and let me know if you agree

A very refined Napa cab. Expressive now, though age may benefit. Firm tannins but never overpowering, a heavier concentration on dry flavors like spice. A great example of structure and balance, as every cab that had overbearing flavors can be found in this one as a harmonious part of a whole. Quite impressive intellectually speaking.

Solid Cab with beautiful aromas and decent finish.

Nariz: Cereza, mora, cassis, eucalipto, chocolate

Boca: Seco, Tanino M+ pero sedosos e integrados, Acidez M, Alcohol M+. No muy largo en boca, pero buen cab y a un buen precio.

Little after taste. It could could probably cellar for a count or of years. Drinkable as our second bottle of the night.

Lush, round, refined. Currant, tiny bit of fig. Easy tannins. Great for dinner party with friends. Cheap enough for entertaining, but good enough to impress. The very light hint of cocoa comes out as it breathes.
