Had this three years ago, aged well. Conn Creek is a boutique winery on the Silverado Trail in the Rutherford district headed by winemaker Mike McGrath. A blend of 75% Cab Sauv, 16% Cab Franc, 4% Merlot, 3% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe fruit and earthy oak notes. On the palate ripe blackberry and raspberry flavors with espresso and tobacco tones with fine well integrated tannins. Long finish ending with cedar, cacao and earthy tobacco. Aged well still has room for more. Nice!

Really liked this wine a few years ago. But it's fading now that it's hit the ten year old mark.

Ready for action! Dark black fruits without tons of grip. Pop, pour, enjoy the decadence.

Pleasantly surprised with this wine. It's a deep, Bordeaux-style wine. Moderately priced and drinks well.

Nice Cab with fruit sourced from numerous AVA's in Napa. A nose full of fruit. Slightly acidic, medium tannins, satisfying on palate but a little short on finish.

This Californian Bordeaux style blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 9% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, from the 2007 vintage is a true pleasure, drunk from a double magnum that was lightly decanted, the wine was smooth and elegant. Deep dark color, multi layered nose of coffee, black fruits, mushrooms and spices, full body smooth round and tasty that kept in evolving in the glass, a long delicious finish. Patience pays off ;-) my score 90, drink to 2020 (at least this large format)

Found this 2007 in the cellar. Very nice and probably at its best now.
