Selected Vineyards Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

For a 2001 vintage, I was pleasantly surprised, pleasant bright fruit, soft alcohol and little tannins. Very easy to drink, white button mushroom on the nose with a touch of Connecticut tobacco on the finish. Fun

Definitely not age worthy. Corked vinegar. But I do love the gauge of the bottle

Had the last bottle of the 2001 vintage in Jan 2015. It aged strongly.
