Lemon, flowers, seashells on the nose. Beautiful palate of lemons, lime, a touch of oak/bread, honey, salinity, lingers for many minutes. Drinking very well with an hour or so of air.

Poured out of magnum. Young, but already vibrant on the nose: strong fruity and floral aromatics, with a stony, chalky backbone that is pungent and alluring. Palate is structured and powerful, with overarching fruit, light oak, and minerality being the winners. Acidity is ridiculously high for the vintage, but fresh. This is going to be a tough one to cellar already tasting this good.
