Clear, deep amber colour with clean, pronounced aromas of dates, toffee apple, vanilla, chocolate and nutmeg. Medium dry with a full bodied palate that has flavours of dates, cocoa and soft spice perfectly counterpointed by drying and slightly grippy tannins. Dried apricot, nutmeg and clove aftertaste with a surprising length. Outstanding example of Armagnac.
