Deep garnet in color; tart cherries, plums, and black pepper on the nose; high acidity; moderate tannins; tastes like raspberries, cherries, and crushed gravel with a long finish. I expected less acidity after adding. Still pretty good. I like the taste, but I don't think this wine was made for aging.

Cherry, currant. Light bodied. Subtle tannins. Smooth and delicious. Vitus find. First Tempranillo. Great with our tikka masala. A great wine for tomato sauces and really any food.
