Verduno Pelaverga

The 2021 Pelaverga Verduno is classy and elegant to the core. Crushed red berry fruit, sweet floral notes and a kick of citrus are all laced together. Burlotto's silky, polished Pelaverga is about as good as it gets for this quirky variety. Aging in steel helped preserve quite a bit of freshness. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, December 2022)

So pretty. Great pairing with Mari’s carrot/turmeric/ginger soup.

Cranberries, tart cherry, thyme, cinnamon and herbal notes. Was recommended to chill for 40 min prior, and was very enjoyable!

Killer, pepper and fruit. Damn tasty.

Pleasingly pulsating with life

Strawberry taffy, crushed strawberry, santa rosa plum, licorice, alpine herbs, pastille, singed earth. Juiciness balanced by its rustic tannin and herbal bite. A lot of character and charm for the price.

Gorgeous aromatics!

Tastes like Cab Franc done well, fuller bodied at 14% abv, smoke, pyrazene, cedar, dark cherries, and game. Medium tannins and elevated acidity.

Light, bright, strawberries in all forms, lovely tannin profile.
