Gorgeous Barolo both floral, elegant & structured with dark red cherry, sweet baking spices, licorice, Forrest floor, tobacco & roses. Still a baby & drinking very young. Will benefit with more time in the cellar.

Bottle breathed for 3 hours and decanted for another 2. Enjoyed it with Cantonese roast duck but would have been difficult without rich food. Could do with 4-5 more years of bottle aging.
