Dark ruby in color with a short purplish rim.

Fruity nose with plums, blueberries, blackberries, sweet strawberries, earth, vanilla, licorice, chocolates, dark coffee, light vegetables, spices and black pepper.

Full bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, bell pepper, cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, peppercorn, vegetables and beef jerky.

Medium plus on the finish with round tannins, spices and tangy raspberries.

This Washington Cabernet is drinking very nicely now. Nicely balanced with mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel.

Showing nice structure and enjoyable by itself with a tangy finish.

A good sipping wine and good for parties. It will pair very nicely with food as well.

Yummy with savory and sweet! Paired with pork roast dinner and it was delicious. It has a cocoa finish, so it was also delicious with cookies!

Dark ruby color. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, sour cherry, cream, leather, smoke, stone, vanilla, oak, bell pepper, and black pepper. Structured and full-bodied, with a hint of cocoa on the finish.
