Sweet and floral white with notes of honey. More flavor when it warms up, but I preferred it extra cold.

Still nice with pan seared salmon ($14). Fruity, dry and crisp with Verdicchio minerality.

Floral, zesty and citrusy ($ 14). Quite nice with apricot dijon roasted chicken and rice.

Crisp accompaniment to roasted balsamic checken ($14);zesty and citrusy.

Complex fruity white, well balanced, not too sweet. We had it at Basta in Boulder during a Valentine’s tasting menu.

Pleasant accompaniment to balsamic chicken, zucchini tomato casserole and ravioli ($13). Also enjoyed with roast chicken in velouté sauce.
