More from a great birthday party (not mine) with lots of terrific wines. This qualified as great for sure.

This was spectacular from the pop and provided en mag via the good graces of one @Dag Zapatero. A sweet, succulent, feminine profile with substantial backbone and a long gorgeous finish. A real treat.

Weighty and profound. Stewed plum, damp earth. It's in a nice spot.

Still very young, but why wait? Superb wine that could stand up against any cab based wine made, imho. Complex nose, one deep sniff and it was obvious we were drinking something special. Rich, sweet but not cloying fruit, inky color, beautiful texture and long, long finish. What more could you want?

A little brickish, Tasting like its on the downside, cork was a little soft but looked good🤷‍♂️ came out in one piece but was squishy, so
I broke the cork in half, smells like vinegar half way up the cork, don’t think thats a good sign.

Such intoxicating nose that really pulls you in. Smokey, sweet liquorice, ripe tomatoes and tangerine peel. WOTN.
