Soft and medium-bodied with a nice punch of cherry. Not too much on the back end. Sort of like Dr Facilier's voodoo in the Princess and the Frog. At first, you expect what you wished for. Then POOF! You're a frog. But being a frog's not all that bad in the end. The Colby Red drinks a lot like that. Really...it can be appreciated after a few glasses, as long as my daughter is transfixed by Princess and the Frog.
