One of my favorite red blends. Well structured. Silky smooth, soft but noticeable tannins. Long finish. Mellow fruit. Pairs well with almost everything.

Over ripe and jammy. Stewy, smooth and warming. A crowd pleaser for sure. 2013, $100

2006 vintage ! Been saving this bottle for a special occasion and that is tonight! Elegance of age but still powerful perfection, garner color, aroma of blueberry and cedar & spice, texture is luxurious with bright tannins. And with that we see are son off to his new POST.

This is my local wine guy's favorite wine. He stopped stocking Caymus because it was "shit" and instead lines this with his shelves. I swear to god it looks exactly like purple kool aid. It has a big tannins and generally tastes ridiculous. A shameful varietal.

Cork fell apart upon removal. Amazing bouquet right off the bat that evolved into something more beautiful throughout the evening. More of an elegant wine than a powerful wine. Red Mountain delivers another unforgettable bottle. Pricey, but worthy. Hold for a celebration...or to turnaround a sh*t day
