Pears? Bitter but then smooth. A little acidic and citrusy. Fresh and refreshing. Not sweet sweet, so it’s good

Refreshing. Great fruit without the 'butter'. Paired it with Italian salami. Excellent. Makes you rethink Riesling. We loved it.
