Enjoyed this 750ml bottle at the “Wine Dive” in the College Town neighborhood of Wichita, KS. Served at 55F degrees, and initially was closed, but opened up nicely after 30min. Has overtones of Cab Franc which initially were a little strong which masked the fine flavors of the Cab Sauvignon,. As this wine warmed up to “room temperature“ the wonderful aromas and flavors became much more balanced. I enjoyed with a grass-feed Tenderloin and Crab and Mushroom Risotto. I do recommend this wine!
