Very dark plum color, not sweet like Apothic. Slightly acidic, dry finish, taste mostly of dark cherries. Pairs well with beef or hearty pasta. Not a bad wine for 6 bucks. I'd buy it again. I also want to add a plug for my "Houdini" wine opener.

Really nice. A drop off gift at a party that's paying dividends. Chocolate and berries. Nice. Has flavor but also clearly a middle class worker. Great with wings.

Let it breath for an hour and have something to eat with this....and oh will it will shine! Vanilla, blackberries, well balanced and medium tannins. a bit thin and young on its own, but have it with a pizza and it cuts theough with lots of juicy flavor!

Not expecting much from this wine, but was pleasantly surprised! Rich blackberries on the nose with a hint of cocoa on the semi-sweet pallate. Easy drinking due to the medium body, light tannins and quick finish. ($6) [6/6/16]
