Maybe it was the ambiance of Coca I Fito's extraordinary subterranean tasting room, or the aroma of the oak barrels surrounding us, but this one is officially one of my 5 favorite whites in Catalunya. Full body, an equally brilliant nose and taste. long finish, reminiscent of Uma Thurman. 😁

Note : With 80% of Grenache Blanc, it's almost like a white Châteauneuf. A golden robe, a peachy nose. Once in the mouth, the floral side is revealed with candied citrus notes. Beautiful minerality and expression.

Slightly sweet and refreshing. We had this with some amazing seafood at Dos Pebrots in Barcelona.
