For wine dinner 5/8/21 paired with kimchi shrimp soba salad, first course and a surprisingly good match. In retrospect due to mild kimchi and the mixed complex flavors, the relatively simple but acidic and balanced profile worked well. By itself not really an interesting wine but gave it extra credit for synergistic pairing. Reminds one of the routine meals in France.
