This Wine definitely needs time to warm up and breathe. Freshly open and out of the fridge, it is very crisp and a lot of the flavors are lost. I couldn't understand why people were considering this to be a sweeter wine. But after about 20 minutes, some of the sweetness really starts to come out. I taste strawberries, a little lychee, and some apple flavors that all come together. Pleasant floral notes linger on the medium-long finish. Still not an overly sweet wine, but very refreshing.

Feb 19th, 2016Just as others described, it is florally sweet. It's a lovely aroma but way too fruity/tart for me (not as tart/bitter as a Sauvignon Blanc but still not my preference).
