Smoked cherry on the nose. Thin front with notes of red cherry, boysenberry, red currant, & raspberry. Subtle ash. Full, leathery finish. Despite the tannins, this isn’t a very bold Pinot. Lush for a moment, but lackluster overall.

OK - varietally correct PN just lacking concentration & complexity. If you make wine like this and try to play off as “elegant” and still charge $20 - you’re playing games
