Dark red purple in the glass. Abundant nose of black plum and a bit of grapey vanilla. Nose echoes the palate to a tee. Medium acidity. Medium minus tannins. An solid if simple easy-drinking Merlot. Great with burgers, stews, and strong cheeses. I’m having mine with chicken Marsala.

It was drinkable, but I wouldn’t purchase again.
