I think this is my first St Bris aka my first SB from Burgundy! Have to say, I really enjoyed it. It isn’t very complex but it is very drinkable.

Superfine, elegant. Some Saint-Bris starts out rather raw and weedy, but this is pure class. Perfectly ripe, long on the palate. Put this in any tasting of top Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé; it’ll hold its own.

Really pleasant SB. Not one of my usuals but drinkable. Not overly complex, low acidity, slight preachiness and minerality to it.
