So earthy. You can smell the dirt and the mushrooms. The palate confirms your suspicions. Packed with county minerality. Not really my jam.

Vin d’Ottawa

Despite its light to medium body, it starts with a big plumish flavour and settles into a strawberry finish.

Update: On day 2 it had a lovely sour edge to it. One that makes it complex but utterly quaffable.
