Nosing and dipping my lips in the glass only. Served with a roasted lamb leg and beans. Superb pairing. Chalk, cherry, raspberry, pepper, bramble... this is superb and deep. The palate is acid driven, showing cherry and raspberry notes. It's very youthful and light in style. It goes very well with the lamb.

Jan 1st, 2026Natty malbec without any added sulfites. Extremely fruity, nice dusty tannins. Light, easy going, quaffable red wine. We had it slightly chilled to balance the current heat we experience in Toulouse. Very good stuff!
