Vintage 2007 | Man, how I like this wine! First bottle of a case - I do have patience - with beautiful honey expression and ultimate balance. Put a glass with my chicken livers with shallot and salted capers. And drank it next to it. Very satisfied.

Dec 30th, 2021Vintage 2005 - lovely peaches in smell, really nice bouquet with impressions of Turkish Fruit, vanilla and honey. Excellent balance with concentration and freshness. After 13 years this petit Bordeaux from #cadillac is a real treat. Made from 50% #semillon and 50% #sauvignon. Botrytized grapes that where selected after several picks in the vineyard. This elegant wine is certainly worth searching for.
