Le Clos Vin de Bellet Red Blend

This wine from the cote d’Azur is surprisingly light and actually close to what I was looking for tonight.
A very natural (in the nice way) smell that shows a bit of reduction and a tiny bit pungent, then some sort of redcurrant indeed or rasberries. In the mouth it is very dry and very light, tiny extraction but long taste. Nice salinity, a bit wild. Really happily surprised. 90% folle noire and 10% grenache. Well done to the winemaker!

Blanc. Vin de Bellet. 100% Vermentino

First time with this grape.

Robe noire
Nez réduit animal puis l’air le transforme presque en côte de Beaune au début puis devient très sudiste mais avec un super equilibre

Robe acajou foncée
Nez tabac blond épicé orange sanguine myrtille
Bouche ultra patinée suave mais pleine et qui tient plus de 2j ouvert sans problème
Finale toute en rondeur et suavité sur des notes de fruits rouges et d épices

favorite red is 90% Folle Noire and 10% Grenache. BIO WINE on top hill of Nice.

Needs to open up. Got better as I drank it. Dry fruit on the nose. Long finish.
