Smoked beef, black pepper, stewed plum, ripe strawberry, and dried herbs. Somewhat surprisingly light and agile on the palate, with savory herbs and rich blackrasberry fruit. Alcohol doesn’t show. Still very fresh. Drink now or over the next 3-5 years. Solid, classic example of CdP.
