'Barrel-Fermented' is a beautifully aromatic Chardonnay. Rich vanilla and dusty minerals, with a persistent finish. Cos Pepe never disappoints

The 'homage to Chablis' is meant to show the reductive side of Chardonnay winemaking. Rich and 'springy', great presence of minerality on the finish.
