Some sweet barnyard on the nose. At its apogee, but I'm conflicted on it's quality. Would probably benefit from food.

Grosse (grosse) maturité, écrire un peu serré. Belle évolution à venir

Organic/biodynamic- Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Syrah. Dark berries, iodine, chalk aromas and carrying through on the palate with fine, dusty tannins. Medium acid and medium-plus tannins. I'm glad I have another bottle!

Farmyard nose, but good value and pairing with quail, then duck and some of the kids bolognaise

Decanted for several hours. Very, very soft and delicate. It finishes with distinct tannic sawdust leaving you ready for another sip...

Arômes de guarrigue, fruit noirs, assez complexe.
Quel équilibre en bouche! Puissance et fraîcheur à la fois.
Grand!!!

Tres jeune , meilleur après 2h d ouverture , aucune lourdeur ou chaleur , l équilibre est génial !
