2012 opened 2017. Leather, tobacco, and cloves in the nose. Ripe fruit on the front of the palate. Mineral tannins on the top of the palate. Smooth tannins on the back of the palate, but they fade a bit at the end. It's a pretty dang nice wine despite the weak tail.
